eVCOM is a software that will emulate a COM port on your PC in order to communicate with the Serial port of the eWON and so exchange data.
What about eVCOM?
VCOM or more precisely « Virtual COM port » is a technology that consists in using eWON’s serial port as if it was a standard COM port on a PC running Windows.
eVCOM is a software developed by eWON that is installed on the PC. It is this software that makes it possible to communicate from a PC to an eWON via serial protocol by simply addia virtual COM port on the PC.
